Beginning in Guatemala. Built to serve the American Hemisphere.

Phase I establishes the model in El Tumbador, Villa Canales, and the National Support Center in the Guatemala City metropolitan area. The vision then scales across thirteen Guatemalan community campuses and creates a proven, locally adaptable model for underserved communities throughout North America, Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.

Bezalel Ministries Inc. is a faith-centered nonprofit organization committed to expressing Christian faith through compassionate service, responsible stewardship, and sustainable community development. We seek to strengthen families and communities by integrating healthcare, clean water, spiritual care, education, workforce development, leadership training, and economic stewardship.

Our initial geographic focus is Guatemala. The ministry’s long-term plan calls for a network of 13 Community Transformation Campuses supported by a National Support Center. Each campus will be designed to bring essential services closer to families, reduce barriers to opportunity, and develop sustainable local capacity. Phase I is planned to include campuses in El Tumbador and Villa Canales, along with the National Support Center in the Guatemala City metropolitan area.

Our broader vision is to develop a locally adaptable model capable of serving communities throughout the Americas. We believe lasting transformation occurs when physical, spiritual, social, and economic needs are addressed together—and when every donation, partnership, and ministry resource is managed with transparency, accountability, and excellence.

Executive Overview

Ruben Vazquez is an enterprise executive, military veteran, educator, and faith leader. As Lead Pastor and President of Bezalel Ministries Inc. USA, he advances a faith-centered model connecting healthcare, clean water, education, workforce development, and sustainable community transformation.

Ruben brings more than three decades of executive discipline, operational expertise, public service, and deep faith to developing sustainable solutions that strengthen communities from the United States throughout the Americas.

  • Hemispheric Operations: Applying extensive global operations and logistics experience to the development of Bezalel Ministries’ scalable 13-campus Guatemala network and its broader vision for serving communities throughout the Americas.
  • Whole-Person Care: Integrating experience in operations, engineering, property management, education, and organizational leadership to support physical, spiritual, social, and economic community programs.
  • Stewardship & Accountability: Applying decades of federal and theater-level asset-management experience to promote transparency, accountability, disciplined execution, and responsible stewardship of ministry donations and resources.

  • Federal and Military Leadership, 1994–2025: Served the United States through both military service and the U.S. Federal Government. During his federal career, he directed complex retail, warehouse, engineering, shipping, and operational programs across the Indo-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East. His global portfolio generated more than $1.2 billion in revenue.
  • Asset and Theater Accountability: Managed government property assets valued in the billions of dollars across the Middle East, Uzbekistan, Djibouti, and Afghanistan while serving as a Theater Accounting Officer.
  • Large-Scale Logistics: Led vital logistics operations supporting 57 forward operating bases, approximately 147,000 U.S. personnel, and 20,000 allied forces during Operation Iraqi Freedom.
  • Institutional Oversight: Conducted Army-wide Inspector General evaluations, served in senior organizational leadership positions, and taught at the university level.
  • Decorated Service: Honored with the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star Medal, and Meritorious Service Medal for outstanding service to the United States.
